What will you be doing? Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic systems. Support production in assembly areas to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operation. Maintain, modify, and install equipment to meet NEC, OSHA, RIA, and company standards. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, including inspections and documentation. Maintain integrity of safety devices including light curtains, safety gates, and barriers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement improvements. Train operators and team members on proper equipment use and controls. Ensure proper housekeeping (5S) and safe work practices at all times.
What do you bring? Fanuc robotic troubleshooting and programming. Allen Bradley RSLogix 500, PLCs, and ladder logic programming. 24V DC troubleshooting and motor control systems. Variable frequency drives (VFDs) setup and maintenance. Proximity, laser, limit, and pressure switch troubleshooting. Pneumatics, hydraulics, tool handling, and mechanical press line maintenance. Blueprint and schematic reading.
