Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:
Assist in scanning, digitizing, and organizing paper files for efficient electronic storage.
Provide a welcoming environment by greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries appropriately.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, and maintain office supply inventory to ensure seamless operations.
Support meeting coordination, including scheduling, preparing materials, and setting up meeting rooms.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems, both physical and electronic, to support organizational needs.
Required Skills for Administrative Assistant:
1-3 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles within an office environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment such as copiers and scanners.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
