Harvard Resource Solutions is seeking a highly dependable and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support the President of our client’s organization. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, including drafting communications, preparing presentations and spreadsheets, and managing contracts Manage email, calendars, correspondence, and task follow-ups with attention to deadlines and priorities Coordinate daily lunches, meeting logistics, and occasional travel arrangements Assist with HR-related administrative functions as needed Support the broader office team with data entry, calendar management, and internal systems Plan and coordinate internal events, off-site meetings, and conferences Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) Complete occasional errands and personal task requests from the President Contribute to special projects, including support for manufacturing initiatives Maintain consistent attendance and high standards of professionalism Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years of experience in an executive administrative support role Proficiency in Business Basic, with at least 6 years of relevant use Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft and proofread documents Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, solutions-focused attitude Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information Flexible and willing to assist with a variety of business and administrative needs
