Executive Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Vice President of Sales and the Sales Executive Team. This role requires managing a variety of advanced administrative and executive support tasks with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional professionalism, discretion, and the ability to operate independently while maintaining strict confidentiality. Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to the VP of Sales and Sales Executive Team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating complex travel arrangements Process invoices and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner Prepare, review, and edit sales reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed Conduct research and gather information to support sales initiatives and strategic planning Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion Qualifications

Demonstrated success as an Executive or Administrative Assistant, preferably within a fast-paced sales environment Strong knowledge of office management systems and sales technologies Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, particularly advanced functionality in Excel and PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to independently manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver efficient, solution-focused results Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., such as office supplies and files Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time Occasional need to travel to off-site meetings or events Comfort with performing tasks that may involve some physical exertion, such as organizing supplies or setting up meetings Kobrand Corporation offers a competitive salary, performance-based bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. The base compensation range for this job classification is between $60,000 and $70,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history, job-related skills and qualifications, and length of service.
