We’re seeking an experienced
Customer Lifecycle Strategist
with a passion for growing consumer subscription businesses. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams — including engineering, product, operations, analytics, design, and business — to build programs that connect with customers in a privacy-friendly way, drive engagement, and ensure they get the most out of their subscription.
What You’ll Do Develop and optimize engagement and retention strategies for subscription services. Use A/B testing and data-driven insights to refine programs and maximize results. Define customer journeys, value propositions, and service education messaging. Collaborate across multiple time zones with business, product, engineering, analytics, and creative teams. Build and maintain operational briefs to ensure flawless campaign execution. Establish a continuous improvement process, analyzing results and feeding insights back into plans.
What You’ll Bring +5 years of experience leading lifecycle marketing programs, ideally in subscription businesses. Proven success increasing customer engagement and retention. Experience with push notifications, email, and in-app messaging. Strong knowledge of A/B testing and data-driven marketing. Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree required.
Nice to have: Experience working on complex, large-scale, international projects. Excellent communication skills for both executive and team-level presentations. Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively under pressure.
