Position Summary : We are seeking a seasoned UX Researcher to join our team and drive user-centered design through deep insights and data-driven recommendations. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to shape intuitive and impactful digital experiences.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research across digital platforms. Translate research findings into actionable insights that inform design and product decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize user needs and business goals. Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle. Maintain and evolve research toolkits and methodologies. Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications: Expertise in usability testing, interviews, surveys, card sorting, and diary studies. Strong analytical skills with experience in synthesizing complex data. Proficiency in tools such as UserTesting,User Zoom, Figma, and analytics platforms. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Design, Anthropology, or related field. 5–7 years of experience in UX research, preferably in a digital product environment. Proven track record of influencing product strategy through research. Background in enterprise UX or complex systems. 5–7 years of experience in UX research, preferably in a digital product environment. Preferred: Experience in the Healthcare industry Experience working in agile environments. Background in enterprise UX or complex systems. Knowledge of behavioral science or cognitive psychology. Experience in the Healthcare industry Knowledge of behavioral science or cognitive psychology.
