The Custodial & Facilities Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the property. This includes indoor facilities such as the offices, atrium, and clubhouse, as well as outdoor community areas. The role also includes light maintenance tasks to support the overall upkeep and functionality of the property.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming of offices, atrium, clubhouse, and common areas as directed
Mopping and sanitizing restrooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper supply levels
Collecting and disposing of trash and recyclables from interior and exterior areas
Maintaining cleanliness of community grounds and walkways
Performing general cleaning duties for social rooms, pool area, and other outdoor amenities
Performing light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, basic painting, unclogging drains, and minor repairs
Assisting with room setups or minor furniture moves as needed
Monitoring and reporting maintenance or safety issues to management promptly
Full-Time Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
Pay Rate: $20-$22
