Job Description
The Custodial & Facilities Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the property. This includes indoor facilities such as the offices, atrium, and clubhouse, as well as outdoor community areas.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Full-Time Mon-Fri 7am-3pm
Pay Rate: $18-$20 DOE

The Custodial & Facilities Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the property. This includes indoor facilities such as the offices, atrium, and clubhouse, as well as outdoor community areas.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming of offices, atrium, clubhouse, and common areas as directed
- Mopping and sanitizing restrooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper supply levels
- Collecting and disposing of trash and recyclables from interior and exterior areas
- Maintaining cleanliness of community grounds and walkways
- Performing general cleaning duties for social rooms, pool area, and other outdoor amenities
- Monitoring and reporting maintenance or safety issues as needed
