my client , a family-focused indoor waterpark resort, who is seeking an experienced
Executive Chef
to lead and strengthen their culinary division. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, service-driven leader to elevate kitchen operations, inspire a dynamic team, and drive culinary innovation.
What You’ll Do: Oversee all kitchen operations across multiple outlets (restaurants, banquets, etc.) Create and implement creative, cost-effective menus and seasonal offerings Hire, train, and manage kitchen staff with a focus on quality, consistency, and safety Maintain compliance with all food safety regulations and cleanliness standards Partner with the Food & Beverage Director to meet revenue, labor, and guest satisfaction goals Monitor kitchen performance, guest feedback, and implement continuous improvements
What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of culinary experience, with 1+ year in a leadership role Strong knowledge of food/labor cost control, inventory management, and kitchen scheduling Ability to lead a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Culinary degree a plus; hotel/resort or family-focused experience ideal Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
