exceptional Executive Assistant
to support our CEO. This is more than just an admin role—it’s an opportunity to become the CEO’s
trusted right-hand partner
and play a pivotal role in the company’s ongoing growth and expansion.
What You’ll Do: Manage and prioritize the CEO’s inbox Make calls and draft/send emails on the CEO’s behalf Create and maintain spreadsheets, projections, and follow-up items in Excel Communicate confidently with VIP clients, internal teams, and vendors Anticipate needs and handle tasks independently with tact, diplomacy, and discretion Juggle multiple projects while staying highly organized and proactive
What We’re Looking For: Exceptionally
sharp, resourceful, and adaptable Strong people skills—comfortable with a variety of personalities and situations Tech-savvy with
advanced Excel skills Motivated to succeed and eager to grow with the business Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can pivot quickly

Monday–Friday, ideally 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexibility for occasional after-hours work) Compensation:
