Key Qualifications:
A minimum of 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience Property and Casualty license or Personal Lines license Demonstrated expertise and comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, markets, and ratings. Proficient with insurance agency management software, Microsoft Office, carrier websites, and relevant industry systems.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategically manage and nurture a diverse portfolio of Personal Lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Proactively drive growth by expertly facilitating policy renewals and identifying cross-selling opportunities to expand client coverage. Consistently provide an exceptional level of professional and personalized customer service, building strong client relationships. Serve as a primary resource for clients, promptly addressing inquiries related to billing, claims, and coverage details. Accurately execute policy binding and conduct meticulous policy checking to ensure precision and compliance. Efficiently process endorsement requests, oversee claims management, and coordinate marketing efforts for renewals.
