Personal Lines Account Manager - Irvine, CA

The Company:

A prominent insurance brokerage in Orange County is seeking a highly motivated Personal Lines Account Manager. This independent agency has been in business for 90-plus years and employs an innovative approach within the insurance industry, and is recognized for its commitment to rewarding dedicated employees.

The Position:

Manage policies for individuals, families, and traditional personal lines clients

Conduct comprehensive reviews of insurance applications

Service a high volume of client accounts, ensuring accuracy in all policy processing and documentation

Coordinate and oversee services, coverages, pricing, and proposals

Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to foster retention and identify opportunities for new business development

Qualifications Needed to Thrive:

Active P&C license

5+ years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager at a

retail brokerage

Proficient with MS Office, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.

AMS 360 and ImageRight

Proven track record of maintaining a book of business

In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures

Salary ranges from $70k-$75k+, depending on experience
