Executive Assistant
to provide administrative support for the Property Management Office. This role involves 80% special project work and 20% traditional executive assistant duties, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong project management experience. Key Responsibilities: Project Management : Coordinate project activities, manage schedules, and ensure deliverables are completed on time. Break projects into tasks, create workflows, and provide documentation to internal teams and stakeholders. Monitor progress, address issues, and coordinate quality controls. Building Operations & Space Utilization : Oversee the use of district-owned properties, including school buildings and office spaces. Leases & Permits : Manage rental agreements, third-party facility use, and permitting processes. Work Order Management : Process and track facility-related work requests using systems like SchoolDude. Special Project Support : Provide support for various special projects, research, and prepare reports or presentations. Administrative Duties : Handle incoming and outgoing communications, prepare reports, manage schedules, and coordinate meetings/events. Correspondence : Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and presentations. Required Qualifications: Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred) Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software (SharePoint, ASANA experience preferred) Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Discretion and confidentiality Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Why Join Us?
