• Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: General Urgent Care cold/flu, rashes, abrasions, minor injuries, wound care, and orthopedic complaints

CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE
• Board Requirements: Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Board Status: Board Certified NP or PA
• State License Required: Active Pennsylvania License (or eligibility to apply)
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA, CSR
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in urgent care or 1 year in emergency medicine
• Additional Requirements: Proficiency with Epic EMR, ability to work independently, willingness to work across multiple sites within a 30-mile radius
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive urgent care services across multiple clinical sites
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries for patients of all ages
• Perform procedures including splinting, wound care, suturing, I&Ds, X-rays/EKGs, and venipuncture
• Refer high-acuity cases to the emergency department as appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with support staff and engage remote physician assistance when needed
