As Director, Marketing Insights and Analytics, you will develop modern research and analytics capabilities to advance the impact of our Marketing and Communications (M&C) investments and support Intuit’s ongoing platform transformation. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing through influence, working effectively in ambiguous environments, and delivering data-driven insights and research that guide marketing strategy and investments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement consistent measurement frameworks to evaluate marketing spend effectiveness, customer lifetime value, and funnel performance in partnership with all brands within Intuit’s portfolio.
- Partner with segment analytics teams to develop a long-term model for measuring platform brand impact on business performance.
- Oversee qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to deepen understanding of customers and market dynamics for the Intuit brand, and develop actionable insights.
- Oversee brand health tracking for Intuit and QuickBooks brands, including creative testing (pre and in-flight) and measurement.
- Drive analytics and executive reporting for communications efforts, including earned media, social channels, and internal communications, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Lead analytics initiatives focused on educational outreach programs and related marketing efforts across multiple audience groups.
- Integrate and leverage GenAI technologies to enhance research, data analysis, reporting efficiencies, and modeling capabilities across relevant workflows.
- Manage and mentor a team of analytics and research professionals, fostering a culture of rigor, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success working at a strategic level in complex, fast-paced environments, while developing high-performing teams.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, market research, or related fields, preferably in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing measurement frameworks and advanced marketing analytics models with a strong understanding of full funnel KPIs across B2B and B2C business models.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinker capable of translating complex data and research findings into clear and compelling business recommendations.
- Ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, Finance, and Analytics.
- Demonstrated leadership skills managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Embodies extreme ownership, with a bias towards execution and moving with velocity.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage GenAI systems (ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Google Gemini, etc.) in business workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Market Research, or a related field is preferred.
