As Director, Marketing Insights and Analytics, you will develop modern research and analytics capabilities to advance the impact of our Marketing and Communications (M&C) investments and support Intuit’s ongoing platform transformation. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing through influence, working effectively in ambiguous environments, and delivering data-driven insights and research that guide marketing strategy and investments.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement consistent measurement frameworks to evaluate marketing spend effectiveness, customer lifetime value, and funnel performance in partnership with all brands within Intuit’s portfolio. Partner with segment analytics teams to develop a long-term model for measuring platform brand impact on business performance. Oversee qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to deepen understanding of customers and market dynamics for the Intuit brand, and develop actionable insights. Oversee brand health tracking for Intuit and QuickBooks brands, including creative testing (pre and in-flight) and measurement. Drive analytics and executive reporting for communications efforts, including earned media, social channels, and internal communications, providing actionable insights to leadership. Lead analytics initiatives focused on educational outreach programs and related marketing efforts across multiple audience groups. Integrate and leverage GenAI technologies to enhance research, data analysis, reporting efficiencies, and modeling capabilities across relevant workflows. Manage and mentor a team of analytics and research professionals, fostering a culture of rigor, innovation, and continuous improvement. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success working at a strategic level in complex, fast-paced environments, while developing high-performing teams. 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, market research, or related fields, preferably in fast-paced, data-driven environments. Proven track record of developing and implementing measurement frameworks and advanced marketing analytics models with a strong understanding of full funnel KPIs across B2B and B2C business models. Strong strategic and analytical thinker capable of translating complex data and research findings into clear and compelling business recommendations. Ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, Finance, and Analytics. Demonstrated leadership skills managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment. Embodies extreme ownership, with a bias towards execution and moving with velocity. Demonstrated ability to leverage GenAI systems (ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Google Gemini, etc.) in business workflows. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Market Research, or a related field is preferred.
