In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining a variety of data across different platforms and databases. Our ideal candidate possesses a high level of accuracy and efficiency in data entry tasks, ensuring that our records remain reliable and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and update data accurately into database systems and spreadsheets
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into systems
- Compile and sort information to prepare data for entry
- Generate reports from database systems as required
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Identify and correct errors in data entries
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus
- Proven experience in a data entry role or similar position
- Excellent typing skills with a speed of at least 60 words per minute
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
