ICU Nurse Job Details Location: Boston, MA 02114 - Massachusetts nursing jobs Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) - critical care nursing Assignment Type: Travel Nursing - travel RN jobs Start Date: September 28, 2025 End Date: December 27, 2025 Duration: 13 weeks Hours per Week: 36 Shift: 12-hour shifts, rotating days and nights (50/50 split), every other weekend and holiday required Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1,880 - $2,020 Registered Nurse Qualifications Active RN license in Massachusetts with ICU certification Minimum 2 years of recent acute care inpatient or current ICU nursing experience At least 1 year of travel nursing experience preferred Ability to work both day and night shifts as scheduled Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association) Successful completion of facility onboarding requirements (skills checklist, medication exam, background checks, health screenings) ICU Nurse Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Administer medications, manage ventilators, and perform advanced clinical procedures Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery processes Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures Join our Boston healthcare team today and take the next step in your travel nursing career.
