ICU Registered Nurse Job Details Location: Clackamas, Oregon (97015) - near Portland Healthcare Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Assignment Duration: 13-week travel nursing contract (Start: 09/08/2025 - End: 12/06/2025) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12-hour night shifts (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM) Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,310 - $2,470 ICU RN Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon Graduate of an accredited nursing program Minimum 1 year of recent (within last 3 years) full-time ICU nursing experience Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or related field Preferred: 2+ years of recent ICU RN experience Preferred: NIH Stroke Scale Certificate Preferred: CCRN certification Preferred: Experience with Dialysis, SLED, or equivalent critical care procedures ICU Registered Nurse Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill adult patients in the ICU Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient conditions in a fast-paced clinical environment Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support interventions as required Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans Accurately document patient care and progress in accordance with hospital and healthcare regulations Participate in unit-based quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Take the next step in your nursing career-join our healthcare team in Clackamas, Oregon, and experience the best of travel nursing jobs in the Pacific Northwest.
