We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and purpose-driven Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our dynamic and collaborative team in Hummelstown, PA. Hours: Monday-Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Hybrid Schedule: 2 days onsite Compensation: $130,000 annually Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and follow-up visits Manage psychotropic medication regimens, including medication changes for existing patients Collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists to support holistic care Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress Support patients in navigating obstacles to mental wellness Document clinical findings and maintain accurate health records Provide education and encouragement to patients and families Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Pennsylvania - Required Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification (PMHNP-BC) - Required 1-3 years of experience in mental health preferred (new grads with strong clinical rotations may be considered) Compassionate, trauma-informed, and patient-centered approach to care Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $130,000/year ( negotiable based on experience ) Bonus Structure: Paid biweekly based on productivity 401(k): Employer match of 3% Health Insurance: Premiums reimbursed for individual coverage CME Reimbursement Paid Time Off: 3 weeks PTO to start 6 paid holidays Additional sick time Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:The California Fair Chance ActLos Angeles City Fair Chance OrdinanceLos Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for EmployersSan Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Massachusetts Candidates Only: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
