Responsibilities

Manage the front desk and reception area of a high-traffic, student-oriented advising office.

Provide administrative support and respond to walk-in, phone, and email inquiries, referring to appropriate staff as necessary.

Process academic forms and other paperwork for undergraduate students.

Supervise student employees.

Required Skills Associates degree or equivalent; B.A./B.S. preferred. Must demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, strong customer service, and communication skills. Requires one to three years of experience.
