We’re seeking an innovative, high-impact Head of Marketing to accelerate the growth and visibility of our standout cannabis brands across New Jersey. This leader will enhance the marketing department’s initiatives, helping align the team quickly and effectively to execute high-profile campaigns, activations, and experiential initiatives that elevate brand presence, customer engagement, and market reach.
In this role, you’ll inspire and guide a high-performing marketing team, develop forward-thinking strategies, and cultivate strong market and partner relationships. Role Summary
The Head of Marketing is an impact player responsible for driving brand growth, market expansion, and the long-term viability of the business through strategic marketing initiatives and targeted execution. This role goes beyond oversight — the Head of Marketing actively develops and implements strategies that enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty across local and national cannabis markets.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all marketing activities strictly adhere to New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission (NJ CRC) requirements, municipality, state and federal regulations and fair-trade practices. Oversee team compliance with advertising, promotional, and social media restrictions. Implement internal checks, SOPs, and training to maintain the highest standards of ethical and regulatory marketing conduct. Industry Insight & Market Intelligence Continuously analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behaviors to identify brand growth and engagement opportunities. Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform product positioning, campaign strategies, and customer acquisition initiatives. Leverage advanced analytics, marketing automation tools, and data-driven insights to align marketing strategies with real-time market dynamics.
