We are looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused Service/Trade Acquisition Specialist to join our dealership team. In this role, you will identify sales opportunities, engage with customers, and drive revenue through proactive communication and targeted campaigns. You'll play a vital role in converting service and off lease customers to sales, enhancing retention, and ensuring a premium dealership experience.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Use the CRM to manage customer follow-up, schedule appointments, and generate sales and service leads.
  • Identify opportunities to upgrade or trade-in customer vehicles using Affintiv or ACV to value vehicles.
  • Reach out to customers through phone, text, and email campaigns to promote vehicle sales, service specials, and loyalty offers.
  • Assist in booking sales appointments, coordinating test drives, and working closely with the sales team to transition leads to in-store visits.
  • Monitor dashboards for customer engagement metrics, open opportunities, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-up activity in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Service, BDC, and Sales departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Educate customers on current promotions, finance options, and loyalty programs.
  • Support monthly sales and retention goals through strategic outreach and engagement.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales, BDC, or customer retention roles.
  • Experience with dealership CRM/marketing platforms is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling, customer engagement, and digital communication tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a dynamic customer pipeline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems (DMS/CRM).
  • Positive attitude and strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working within a multi-location or high-volume dealership group.
  • Knowledge of manufacturer warranty and recall processes.
  • Bilingual (e.g., Spanish/English) is a plus, depending on location.
