As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving volume and profitability in both new and pre-owned sales, coaching and developing a team of luxury sales professionals, and ensuring operational excellence across the showroom floor. Luxury & High-Volume Experience Required | Land Rover Experience Preferred
Land Rover San Francisco, a flagship Swickard Automotive Group dealership, is seeking a proven Sales Manager to lead our high-performance team. This is a rare opportunity to join one of the Bay Area's most prestigious luxury dealerships.
We're Looking For:

  • Proven luxury automotive sales management experience.
  • High-volume leadership success.
  • Land Rover/Jaguar experience a plus.
  • Strong closing, coaching, and CSI performance skills.

  • Salary Range: $180,000 - $250,000+ annual earning potential (Base + Bonuses).
  • Skills:
  • Leadership and Team Management: The ability to motivate, train, and mentor a team of the sales consultants. This includes setting clear goals, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Customer Service Excellence: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Manager is the final point of contact for resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Expertise in sales techniques, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. Strong negotiation skills are crucial for handling pricing, trade-ins, and financing options.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of dealership financing, profit margins, and inventory management. The ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies to increase profitability is a must.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interacting with customers, staff, and other departments.
  • Proficient knowledge in CRM Systems
Physical Requirements
  • Sitting: The majority of the workday is spent sitting at a desk, using a computer and phone.
  • Standing and Walking: There may be times when the sales manager needs to stand, walk around the dealership, or attend meetings.
  • Reaching and Bending: The manager may need to reach for files, supplies, or equipment.
  • Lifting: Occasionally, there might be a need to lift or move documents, supplies, or equipment.
