The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies to grow KID Museum's brand and audience.
  • Lead a dynamic team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Oversee digital, social, and traditional media campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and impactful storytelling.
  • Cultivate relationships with media, partners, and influencers to amplify KID Museum's voice.
  • Analyze market trends and audience insights to inform strategy and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with program, development, and executive teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in marketing leadership roles, preferably in mission-driven or education-focused organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in brand building, audience engagement, and strategic communications.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and project management skills.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and media relations.
