OAST Application Analyst – RST

Location: Remote

Overview:

CTG is seeking an experienced OAST Application Analyst with configuration expertise in UKG Pro WFM (timekeeping, absence, and advanced scheduling) to support ongoing configuration work. Initial focus will be on advanced scheduling build.

Responsibilities:

n
Configure, design, and optimize UKG Pro WFM modules for timekeeping, absence, and scheduling.

Analyze business processes, recommend improvements, and implement innovative solutions.
n
n
Support system integration, testing, and quality assurance.
n
n
Maintain system documentation, training materials, and end-user resources.
n
n
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system changes meet requirements.
n
n
Provide troubleshooting, enhancements, and on-call support as needed.
n

Required Skills & Experience:

n
4+ years of experience configuring UKG Pro WFM (timekeeping, absence, advanced scheduling).
n
n
Strong customer service and communication skills.
n
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
n

Preferred:

n
Healthcare or administrative systems experience.
n
n
Project management, systems analysis/design, software testing, and data management skills.
n

Education:

n
Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years relevant experience in HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Healthcare, or IT.
n
n
Vendor certification may be required.
n

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $20.00 to $33.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
