As an Investment Analyst, you will report directly to the Director of Asset Management. You will provide comprehensive analysis on development and acquisition projects, as well as current assets within the portfolio.
Investments Analyst will be responsible for:
Financial Analysis: Evaluate investment opportunities through detailed financial analysis and modeling.
Financial Models: Create and maintain financial models.
Continuously assess the performance of investments.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance and/or real estate.
