Continuous Improvement Lead

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to join the team! This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company and grow in your career. The role will focus on driving operational excellence and efficiency through the implementation of lean and six sigma methodologies, supporting cross-functional teams, and optimizing quality assurance and operational systems.

Pay $80-120k

Continuous Improvement Lead Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
  • Implement true Root Cause Analysis (RCA) projects, Kaizens, Total Process Improvements (TPI), Time studies, and similar methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement projects, leveraging lean and six sigma methodologies.
  • Conduct advanced data analysis, including workflow analyses, time studies, and data collection, to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as a resource and mentor for departments implementing lean and six sigma practices, including advanced concepts like kaizen and value stream mapping.
  • Perform comprehensive reviews of departmental productivity and operational performance, identifying root causes of inefficiencies and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Support supply chain and quality improvement efforts to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
  • Lean and/or Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
  • Proven experience in lean methodologies, operational excellence, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct in-depth data analysis and workflow evaluations.
  • Knowledge of advanced lean concepts, such as kaizen, value stream mapping, Total Process Improvements, Root Cause Analysis.
