Continuous Improvement Lead

Responsibilities: Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality. Implement true Root Cause Analysis (RCA) projects, Kaizens, Total Process Improvements (TPI), Time studies, and similar methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement projects, leveraging lean and six sigma methodologies. Conduct advanced data analysis, including workflow analyses, time studies, and data collection, to identify opportunities for improvement. Serve as a resource and mentor for departments implementing lean and six sigma practices, including advanced concepts like kaizen and value stream mapping. Perform comprehensive reviews of departmental productivity and operational performance, identifying root causes of inefficiencies and providing actionable recommendations. Support supply chain and quality improvement efforts to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required. Lean and/or Six Sigma certifications are preferred. Proven experience in lean methodologies, operational excellence, cost reduction, and quality improvement. Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct in-depth data analysis and workflow evaluations. Knowledge of advanced lean concepts, such as kaizen, value stream mapping, Total Process Improvements, Root Cause Analysis.
