We are looking for a Sr Superintendent to work with a leading general contractor in Austin, TX, specializing in large-scale commercial construction projects, including K-12 educational facilities, healthcare centers, and civic buildings. The Senior Commercial Construction Superintendent will oversee the daily operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a deep understanding of commercial construction processes.
Project Oversight: Manage daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and construction crews, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Quality Control: Monitor construction processes and materials to maintain high standards of quality and compliance with building codes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, providing regular updates on project progress.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role.
Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial projects from inception to completion.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
