We're looking for a Service Project Manager with hands-on experience in fire alarm, access control, video surveillance, and intrusion system s. This role focuses on estimating, coordinating, and managing short-duration, service-level projects (typically under one week and <$10K) for both local and national clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Estimate and manage small-scale service projects from start to finish
  • Provide technical and programming support to field techs and partners
  • Coordinate labor, materials, and site access to ensure smooth execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to scope and deliver solutions
  • Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery
  • Track project costs, documentation, and billing in the ERP system

What You Bring:

  • 1-3 years of experience managing fire/security system installations
  • 5+ years in the low-voltage industry preferred
  • Field experience with cabling, device install, wiring, and troubleshooting would be a plus
  • Strong estimating, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Additional Info:

  • Base salary range: ~ $80-90K + 2 x Incentive plans
  • Cell phone stipend - $900/year
  • Car Allowance - $6,000/year
  • Schedule: 8am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday (approx.)
  • Location : Onsite
  • Type : Direct hire
  • Travel: <10%
