We're hiring for a Procurement Analyst to be based at our offices in either Las Vegas, NV or Atlantic City, NJ to analyze supplier spend, ensure policy compliance, and support cross-functional procurement initiatives. This role will help drive data-informed decisions and process improvements across the organization.

Job Summary:

  • Develop and analyze supplier spend compliant with Procurement Policy across all Procurement Platforms
  • Create and maintain Procurement reports for departmental use for spend analysis that includes multiple data sources, data cleansing, enrichment and classification
  • Monitor and evaluate Procurement Policy compliance by location, supplier and spend.
  • Lead or facilitate meetings with guidance from senior staff to discuss Company performance analysis, trends and policy recommendations to Senior Leadership
  • Participate in cross function meetings to align and collaborate on Procurement Process and Operational Strategies
  • Assist in providing advisory and consulting services to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and best practices with Procurement.
  • Assist Strategic Sourcing and Procurement professionals with technical and process issues as required, which may include basic business process solutions.
  • Develop and manage effective communication strategies for Policy updates, Program Announcements and other Department Notifications as needed.
  • Assist in performing ad hoc special projects that may include collaboration with mid-level corporate or property management.

Education and Experience:

  • Proficient with modern purchasing transactional system is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in IT application support or Procurement/Supply Chain function required
  • Broad knowledge of spend management strategies and/or procurement, sourcing, category management and supplier performance management
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products and knowledge of software systems
  • Educational Requirements:
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain is preferred

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work productively and influence change within a large, complex organization with a myriad of legacy purchasing practices
  • Must possess analytical skills and the ability to think creatively about ways to analyze the casino and operations
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to comfortably communicate to all levels of management.
  • Passion to provide great service to internal customers (e.g., sourcing professionals, property operators)
  • Enthusiasm and drive to succeed consistent with our Code of Commitment

Work Environment:

  • Atlantic City, New Jersey or Las Vegas, Nevada (preferred)

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $43,888.00 - $73,098.00 USD, which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k)-matching program; among other employee benefits. This role includes paid Personal Time Off and paid company holidays.
