Corporate Credit Analyst
Evaluate the creditworthiness and overall financial health of corporate entities, focusing on a comprehensive analysis of the companys entire balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow position to assess repayment capacity.
Conduct and evaluate Credit Assessments for corporate borrowers, considering factors such as industry position, management quality, and market trends.
Analyze and underwrite new and existing corporate loans, demonstrating strong financial modeling skills for pro forma analysis, leverage ratios, and stress testing.
Support the corporate lending team with expertise in structuring, analysis, and credit documentation for corporate financing activities, including reviewing financial covenants and security arrangements tailored to corporate borrowers.
Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
5-10+ years of experience in Commercial Lending and Credit Analysis.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience in risk assessment and credit analysis for large-scale industrial loans.
Proficiency in financial statement spreading, preparation of projections, and trailing twelve-month analysis.
Completion of a credit training program.
Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (2016 or later).
Ability to travel to Crystal City, Virginia, and other U.S. locations as needed.
Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement within five business days of award or onboarding.
Ability to work in a high-paced team environment, multitasking effectively.
Strong financial modeling skills, ability to structure, perform due diligence, document, and close complex transactions.
