Job Summary

Wages set in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement, starting at $25/hour with an automatic $1.50 per hour raise on January 1. Fiserv Forum, VVIP Club is seeking Runners for a union, part-time, event-based role to join our front-of-house team and support our commitment to a flawless guest experience. This is a union role with part-time, event-based scheduling. Open availabilityincluding nights, weekends, and holidaysis required. The Runner plays a crucial supporting role in the dining room, ensuring that tables are impeccably clean, reset promptly, and that service flows seamlessly. In this role, you will work closely with servers and hosts to maintain the cleanliness, pace, and presentation of the dining room, while upholding the highest standards of fine dining hospitality. Key Responsibilities:

Promptly clear, clean, and reset tables between courses and after guests depart. Refill water glasses and support servers with beverage and food service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including floors & service stations. Assist in preparing tables with proper linens, silverware, and glassware before service. Restock and replenish service and bar areas with necessary items (napkins, utensils, polished glassware). Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow. Anticipate the needs of guests and service staff and respond promptly. Assist servers with distributing food to guests. Remove used linen and trash discreetly, keeping all areas neat and presentable. Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely flow of courses. Polish glassware, silverware, and plates to ensure they meet fine dining presentation standards. Follow all health, sanitation, and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment. Uphold high standards of appearance, etiquette, and professionalism at all times. Qualifications:

Previous experience as a busser, food runner, or support staff in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is required. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to remain composed and efficient in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Team player with excellent communication and time management skills. Professional demeanor, well-groomed appearance, and a commitment to hospitality excellence. A genuine interest in hospitality and guest service excellence. Ability to lift and carry trays, stand and walk for extended periods, and bend or reach as needed. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
