Our client, a leader in Corporate & Investment Banking, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting innovative AI-driven process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a disciplined approach to project management, and a deep understanding of financial products, which will align successfully in the organization.
5+ years of Business Analysis experience in Corporate & Investment Banking or Capital Markets with a strong knowledge within Capital Markets (Foreign Exchange, Commodities, and other Asset Classes).

We do not pay referral fees to subcontractors.) What's Needed? Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in Corporate & Investment Banking or Capital Markets with a strong knowledge within Capital Markets (Foreign Exchange, Commodities, and other Asset Classes). Proven ability to author comprehensive BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Proficiency with process-mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and collaboration platforms (Confluence, Jira). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Whats the Job? Engage with subject matter experts in FX, commodities, credit, and other asset classes to elicit, validate, and prioritize business requirements. Map current-state processes and design future-state workflows for AI use cases such as credit memo automation and document extraction. Author and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria with clarity and minimal rework. Facilitate requirements workshops and walkthroughs; drive decisions and close open items promptly.
