Our client, a leading player in the financial services industry, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a very fast-paced department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Experience with Capital Markets asset classes/products such as Equities, Fixed Income, Commodities, Derivatives, etc. is a big plus.

Engage with business and technology stakeholders on a number of concurrently-run projects Map current-state processes and design future-state workflows for projects / POCs Author and maintain BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with clarity and minimal rework Facilitate requirements workshops and walkthroughs; drive decisions and close open items promptly Coordinate hand-offs between business, UX/UI, and engineering teams; track deliverables and manage follow-up rigorously What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field 5+ years of Business Analysis experience and having worked in highly-visible, fast-paced environments Proven ability to author comprehensive BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria Proficiency with process-mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and collaboration platforms (Confluence, Jira) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies What's in it for me?
