They are seeking a Director of Sales Engineering to lead a small team and grow their business through strategic sales initiatives. Following Experience Required: Proven experience in selling RF PA, BDA, or Integrated Microwave Assembly (IMA) products. Experience managing sales teams and overseeing KPIs related to opportunities, quotes, and sales orders. Capable of training and guiding new sales staff on KYC, lead assessment, and solution-oriented sales strategies. Responsible for reporting and maintaining the quality of sales data to management. Well-developed industry instincts and knowledge of PA/BDA/IMA product applications. Proficient in CRM and sales-enablement software (e.g., Salesforce). Strong sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation abilities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, supervisory, and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field. Proven amplifier sales experience in Mil/Aero and SatCom sectors. Required record of sales leadership experience. This role is hybrid in the Princeton NJ area but there is some flexibility for the right candidate. Seniority level
