$110,000 - $135,000 annually, DOE

Overview

A wonderful mission-focused organization in Southwest Washington is seeking an

Applications & Database Administrator

to manage and improve the business-critical systems that support daily operations. This role blends application support, database optimization, and collaboration across departments to deliver reliable and efficient technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical support for enterprise applications, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with external vendors as needed. Create, update, and automate reports to streamline processes and improve data accuracy. Optimize SQL queries, ensure database stability, and maintain system security. Support ERP and document management systems, including configuration and enhancements. Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions. Assist in upgrading and maintaining database server infrastructure. Analyze complex problems, recommend improvements, and balance multiple projects simultaneously. Qualifications

Microsoft 365 certification required. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, accounting, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). 3-5 years of progressive experience in systems analysis, programming, or database-driven applications. Strong expertise in SQL, Crystal Reports, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with SQL database administration; knowledge of hardware and telecommunications is preferred. Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical users. Benefits
