This position requires 10-15% travel, with the remainder of the time working on-site from one of the Vivo corporate offices. We are not accepting remote candidates. Only those residing within a daily commutable distance to either Lakewood, CO, or Grand Rapids MI will be considered. The Telecommunications and Voice Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting the company's communication systems, including phone networks, VoIP, and other related infrastructure. The person in this role will also be responsible for coordinating with vendors, upgrading or migrating phone systems, troubleshooting, documenting processes and voice system flows, and end user support. The person in this role will be a subject matter expert in telecommunications and be the escalation point for the service desk in this area. We are not accepting remote candidates. Only those residing within a daily commutable distance to either Lakewood, CO, or Grand Rapids MI will be considered. Primary Responsibilities:

Oversee the installation of telecommunications equipment. Configure, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment and systems, including VoIP, voicemail, IVRs, call routing, and messaging platforms. Diagnose and resolve issues related to voice and data communications systems, such as network connectivity and hardware malfunctions. Perform user provisioning and deprovisioning. Ability to manage and support multi-site and hybrid work environments. Implement security measures to protect communication data and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Implement new telecommunications and voice system technologies. Manage and maintain wireless cellular accounts. Procure and oversee the installation of internet circuits and renewals. Oversee low voltage cabling contractors. Document processes and voice system flows. Escalation point for the IT service desk and end user support. Train users on how to effectively utilize telecommunication systems and create documentation for reference. Provide a high level of customer support and communication. Minimum of 4 years of progressive work experience in telecommunications and voice administration, preferably in healthcare. Industry certification are a plus. Strong working knowledge of a variety of telecommunication technologies and protocols, including VoIP, SIP, networking protocols, cloud-based platforms, and communication software. Strong working knowledge of Ring Central is a plus. Strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, VLans, QoS, DHCP, DNS and ethernet cabling. Security minded and an understanding of HIPAA Working knowledge of routers, switches, and firewalls Working knowledge of different internet access types. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex issues quickly. Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and prioritize effectively. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. This role requires travel (10% - 15%) to Vivo clinics. The person in this position must be able to operate and drive a vehicle to work sites. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit, stand; walk and talk, and hear. Requires excellent visual dexterity and manual dexterity; may occasionally install cables or equipment in tight physical environments.
