Lead Project Manager, Competitive Intel - Central Region , you will be the expert on competitor activity, interconnection trends, and market dynamics within the Central region (SPP, MISO, WECC and parts of PJM). Your insights will shape portfolio-wide strategies by equipping development teams with actionable intelligence to optimize project siting, reduce attrition, and improve speed to market. This high-impact role ensures development teams have the intelligence needed to make smarter, faster, and more strategic decisions. What You'll Do: Track and analyze
competitor pipelines, interconnection queues, and permitting activity to identify risks and opportunities across the portfolio. Assess
regional transmission trends, grid congestion, regulatory shifts, and market dynamics to refine competitive positioning. Deliver data-driven insights
that influence development priorities, site selection, and market entry decisions. Collaborate
with origination, development, and transmission teams to integrate intelligence into decision-making. Structure and maintain
intelligence in a way that is accessible, actionable, and scalable through internal tools and platforms. What You Bring: 3+ years of experience
in renewable energy project development or competitive intelligence. Deep understanding of regional transmission and interconnection processes, permitting and regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics within your region A natural curiosity
for uncovering competitive insights and translating data into actionable strategies. Strong analytical skills
with experience using data visualization and market modeling. Proficiency in market research tools, interconnection databases, pricing and revenue modeling and GIS a plus
