The Senior Project Manager - MEP, Infrastructure, Renovations - Beltsville will be responsible for: Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Developing, tracking, and maintaining project schedules and budgeting. Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and other collaborators. Enforcing safety and quality standards on site. Ensuring projects comply with contracts and regulations. Driving project progress and problem-solving on-site issues. Leading project teams and promoting collaboration. Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction. Strong understanding of construction processes and project management. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Stability, company project length typically 6 months to one year and 1+ year backlogged pipeline. Medical, dental, vision 80% costs covered by the company. $50 daily per diem for any travel.
