My client, a well-established General Contractor based in Beltsville, MD, is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. With over 60 years in the business and $60M+ in annual revenue, they've built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial interior and infrastructure projects-with a long list of repeat clients and referrals to prove it. This role offers the opportunity to manage both local commercial interiors and national infrastructure projects for high-profile clients. The ideal candidate is organized, client-facing, and skilled in leading fast-paced construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. What You'll Do: Lead commercial and infrastructure projects ranging from $1M+, typically lasting 6 months or less Oversee a mix of interiors (offices, healthcare, education, industrial) and national infrastructure work (cooling towers, chiller/generator upgrades, exterior renovations) Interface directly with clients Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for documentation and project tracking Travel nationally 1-2 days per month (fully expensed), with flexible office hours MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
