Human Resources Assistant: Maintain and update employee records and timekeeping systems Assist in preparing offer letters, contracts, and HR policy updates Post job openings and coordinate interview logistics Support onboarding activities and schedule internal HR meetings and events Track performance review and development timelines Monitor and update the annual training budget Assist with attendance tracking and maintain the OOO (out-of-office) calendar Ensure a clean and organized HR workspace and filing system Experience for the
Human Resources Assistant:
Associates degree in HR , Business Administration or related field preferred 1+ year of administrative or HR related experience, preferably in a support or coordinator level role Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS system experience is a plus Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information appropriately Comfortable coordinating interviews, onboarding, employee documentation and basic payroll/timekeeping support Must be comfortable around dogs- CEO has 2 German Shepard dogs she brings into the office from time to time #LI-PO1 #ZRCFS #INAUG2025
