Minimum 10 years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end custom residential construction Proven track record managing luxury homes valued at $8M+ Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple trades simultaneously In-depth knowledge of high-end finishes, custom millwork, and luxury residential building techniques Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining exceptional quality and client satisfaction Local market knowledge of Miami/South Florida construction is preferred What's on Offer
