Assoc. Buyer/Planner

This role offers an incredible opportunity to contribute to and ensure the delivery, schedule, purchase and movement of raw materials through production and inventory process of medical devices that meet the highest standards of safety and quality for our patients and customers. Position will be Hybrid- 4days Onsite 1 day Working from Home. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. + Sources, purchases, plans, and schedules the movement of raw materials, packaging materials, parts, components, services, supplies, finished goods, and related material through production and inventory process. + Identifies raw material, component, and related requirements from engineering and production specifications and schedules. + In front-end procurement mode, analyzes data and determines factors that affect prices and determines lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and ability to meet required schedules. + Coordinates and follows up with production, warehouse, and engineering personnel to ensure appropriate procurement, scheduling, and movement of materials and services. + Compiles information to keep informed on price trends and manufacturing processes. + May monitor performance of suppliers and collaborate on demand analysis planning. Must Have: Minimum Requirements
+ Requires a Bachelor degree + 0 years of experience required. Nice to Have (Preferred):
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) + Experience with SAP or other ERP systems + Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) + Knowledge of inventory management principles + Basic negotiation skills + Bilingual (English/Spanish) + Understanding of manufacturing or production environments + Familiarity with supplier management and sourcing + Basic knowledge of purchasing and planning processes + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment + Good communication skills (verbal and written) + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Physical Job Requirements
