The Magnet designation places Parker among healthcare organizations that demonstrate excellence in nursing practice and adherence to national standards for the organization and delivery of nursing services. Parker completed a rigorous evaluation that included extensive interviews and a review of nursing services. Every day, our fellow team members show up to work, unified by one shared mission: Extending the Healing Ministry of Jesus Christ. As a faith-based health care organization, our story is one of hope as we strive to heal and restore the body, mind and spirit. Collaborates with the Spiritual Care team to provide pastoral care services to patients and their family members. Responds to urgent situations, (codes or death) at the request or referral of administrative coordinators, nurses, family, etc. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values. Demonstrates the values of their institutional faith body in personal life and ministry. Able to incorporate Centuras Mission and Ministry and its core values of Integrity, Spirituality, Imagination, Excellence, Respect, and Compassion at all times. Understands and exemplifies the value of prayer. Demonstrates good organizational, self-management, and relationship building skills. Bachelor's in spiritual care, arts, or equivalent degree from college/university or institution accredited by the applicants institutional faith body or Technical/Vocational School Completion of Roman Catholic deacon training and ordination. Driver's License (DL). 1 Work Experience Board Certified Chaplain (BCC)
