Front Desk Representative
Iris Comm Lab We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Representative to join our team and become the first point of contact for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at our facility. As a Front Desk Representative, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks from greeting guests, managing phone lines, and maintaining records to providing information and assistance to clients and visitors. Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Maintain an organized front desk and ensure a tidy reception area. Handle reservations and cancellations in a systematized manner. Provide information about hotel services and local attractions to guests. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus. Proven experience as a front desk representative or similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in using office software and scheduling tools.
