Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role involves greeting guests, answering phone calls, managing appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Provide information about the company's services and direct inquiries to the appropriate department. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages. Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence. Assist with special projects and support other departments as needed. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management are a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.). Professional appearance and demeanor.
