Mold Setter
Join our team as a Mold Setter on the 3rd shift, where you will play a crucial role in the injection molding process. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong mechanical aptitude to set molds and ensure the manufacturing process runs smoothly. Responsibilities
Set molds for injection molding machines. Monitor the manufacturing process, including temperature, pressure, cycle times, and flow rates, using the HMI screen. Verify color concentrates are correct and perform color changes as required. Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure parts meet customer specifications. Essential Skills
Experience in mold setting. Strong mechanical inclination. Ability to make machine adjustments. Proficiency in operating overhead cranes. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Injection molding mold setter experience is strongly preferred. Consideration for candidates with die setter or extensive press experience. Ability to memorize a long sequence of tasks to be performed quickly during the process. Why Work Here?
