Location: Springfield, TN (onsite) Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

As our next Mold Setter, you'll be at the forefront of performing mold setups, mold changes, and preventative maintenance on a variety of plastic injection molds (30 to 650 tons) to ensure optimal production and product quality. Your expertise in molding operations, troubleshooting, and equipment handling will be critical in meeting customer requirements and maintaining efficient production processes. Set up and monitor mold operations to meet customer specifications

Pull molds from machines and safely install new molds using overhead cranes

Perform changeovers by removing tools and preparing machines for the next run

Verify correct mold and materials are in use

Make necessary hydraulic, water, and electrical connections

Start up machines and inspect parts for quality

Adjust processes to meet proper specifications

Complete required paperwork for mold changes

Record latest process settings for future reference

Troubleshoot problems to keep machines running during shifts

Handle material movement for raw materials and finished products

Communicate work needs to relevant departments What We're Looking For:

Minimum High School diploma

12 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in injection molding

Ability to work safely in a production environment

Physical mobility for lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, standing, pushing, pulling

Visual acuity for detecting defects and color variations

Ability to operate molding machines, robots, forklifts, and cranes

Problem-solving skills with technical and mechanical aptitude

Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and fluid power systems

Strong communication and basic math skills Bonus Points If You Have:

Prior experience in a high-volume injection molding facility
